The photographs were taken from the roof of the tallest building (153 m) near the Nishi-Nippori metro station on 2-11-2016. Nishi-Nippori is a neighborhood in the North East of Tokyo.

Tokyo (37 million inh.) is counted as the largest metropole on earth. The metropolitan area occupiese one of the few flat areas of Honshū. The first column shows the Tokyo Sky Tree which is the 2nd tallest construction in the world. Mount Fuiji (3776m) lies 103km to the West of Nishi-Nippori and is visible in column 12.
